The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 24847, is a great choice for your 2012 Toyota Prius. It does not include the ball mount, pin and clip, or wiring harness.
The recommended ball mount is part # 3593 which comes with the pin and clip. For hitch balls use part # 19258 for a 2 inch or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118505 allows you to quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your Toyota Prius with this custom wiring harness. T-One connector plugs directly into existing wiring with no cutting, splicing or tapping required.
There is no drilling required for installation and the exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation.
I have install videos for both the hitch and the wiring attached.
