I spoke with my contact at Wesbar regarding the Replacement Incandescent Bulb # 30-90-157 referenced in your question. He stated the the longer of the two filaments is for the tail light/running lights and the shorter filament is for the brake lights.
This is a standard 1157 dual filament light bulb that will work perfectly as a replacement for the Bargman 80, 92, and 1500 Series tail lights.
