The Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards - 6" Wide - Black Aluminum # 27-6125 are not a fit for your 2018 Honda Odyssey. They are only a confirmed fit for 2007 and 2008 model years of the Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook.
None of our manufacturers have a fit for a 2018 Honda Odyssey. To add running boards, you would need to customize brackets and test frame compatibility with those brackets for strength.
