For your 2008 Honda Accord, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # 24899. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your Accord and will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation. I recommend the Draw-Tite model over the Curt alternatives, because unlike Curt, Draw-Tite does not require the use of additional stabilizing straps for non-trailer loads like bike racks and cargo carriers.

I have attached an installation video on your 2008 Honda Accord that you can use for reference.

It looks like you might be wanting to use the trailer hitch to transport your bikes. When choosing a carrier, you will just want to make sure that it is compatible with a Class I, 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver. Also keep in mind that the most bikes a Class I hitch can safely support is 2.

For a compatible bike rack, I really like the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # TS02G. This is a great platform-style rack that will hold your bikes by the wheels with no frame contact. It can secure up to 2 bikes at 40 pounds each and features a foot pedal that will allow you to easily tilt the rack, with the bikes still loaded, for easy rear cargo access. I just recommend adding the Cable Locks and Hitch Lock # PTSCLK12 to secure the bikes to the carrier and the carrier to your hitch.

I have attached a short video demonstration on this carrier so you can get a closer look at all of its features. I have also attached a link that will take you to our available selection of Class I compatible bike racks that you can look through.
