Yes, though there may be some cosmetic difference in what you see in the video for the 1999 Dodge Dakota, installation on your 2002 Dakota Quad Cab will be the same. I have included a link to the video and to the installation instructions for you to view.
To complete your towing set up, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. For trailer wiring, use # 118329, if the truck does not have a tow package. If the truck does have a tow package and you want to convert it to a 4-Way, use # 118381. I have included links to the instructions and videos for the wiring harnesses.
