Recommended Hub Assemblies for Old Trailer with Bearings 25580 and LM67048

Question:

Hi, I believe this used to be an old boat trailer converted into a utility trailer. It has electric breaks but I dont use them. Both inner and outer bearing are Bower bearings. Inner bearing 25580 and the outer is a LM 67048. I would need the races for both of these. The inner seal # is 440132 . Its bigger than anything Ive seen. fits in the hub and has a 1inch 5/8 collar. The diameter of the rubber part is 2inch 7/32. Then its bent up in a 90*. 1/2 flat. Then back a 90*, with a 1inch 1/2 collar. I will try and get pictures when you email me

For your trailer and axle, based on the bearing information you gave, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3. This will match your bearings so will fit your axle spindles and will have the correct cap, race, bearings, and seal for a perfect fit. I do recommend keeping your trailer brake assemblies as they can come in handy with this large a capacity trailer.

If you know that you will not use the brakes, then you can convert to the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-213-5UC1 which will fit perfectly as well.
