Certain systems will work better than others under continuous use. Some cameras may fail if used all the time and most battery systems will overheat and shut down if not fail. I recommend the Rear View Safety Wireless Backup Camera System - 5" Single Screen Display # RVS-155W which can have the power wired into your running lights for continual use. This comes with a monitor that will work well up to 70 feet. This system has a 1 year warranty.

Im a little confused, in your comment recommending this system you say camera can be connected to running lights for power, but in video it indicates running wiring from trailer battery in rear to connect to camera. ??? 70513

Running the camera's power wire directly to a trailer battery is one way to provide continuous power to the Rear View Safety Camera System # RVS-155W but it's not the only way. You can definitely connect the wire to the running lights circuit on the trailer for power instead. Doing this would turn the camera on any time you illuminate the running lights in your tow vehicle. This is a really common way to wire up camera systems for observational use. 57540
