For an 8 lug hub assembly that is compatible with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # TASR7KS02 that you referenced, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 42866UC3-EZ. This hub features an 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern and is designed for 5,200 to 7,000 pound axles. It includes the bearings, races and seal and will fit the spindles on the above mentioned Timbren system perfectly.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can take a look at.
Then for electric brake assemblies, I recommend the Dexter # 23-106 for the Right Hand and # 23-105 for the Left Hand. I have included an installation video on these assemblies that you might also find helpful.
