I have a 2007 Tiffin Phaeton 40qdh. The measurements from the furthest forward point The two mirrors and the back of the ladder is 41. My thoughts are to go with the part number ad24ZR cover.

When measuring for a cover that will fit your 2007 Tiffin Phaeton RV, you will want to make sure you measure from the longest two points, which it sounds like you did.
