Im looking at Item # BK70BB to go with lights Item # STL78RB. Im curious if these lights will fit the bolt holes in the bracket.

The Optronics Sealed 6-1/2 Inch Oval LED Tail Light # STL78RB referenced in your question is a flange mount light that includes 4 mounting holes. The mounting holes are spaced 7 inches apart lengthwise and 2-3/4 inches apart widthwise. The Optronics Trailer Light Mounting Bracket # BK70BB that you also mentioned will not be the best fit for this particular style of light. The bolt holes on the bracket are spaced apart on center by a length of 6-11/16 inches, so they will not line up with the mounting holes on this tail light.
If you are wanting to use this mounting bracket, a better option will be the Optronics Trailer Tail Light # STL72RB and 6-1/2 Inch Grommet # A70GB, which are confirmed work together to fit this bracket and will work well.
