Since your fifth wheel trailer has the tapered nose design which allows turning clearance with short bed trucks you'd want to go with the stationary B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3500 since there would be no need for you to have additional turning clearance like what a slider hitch would provide. Being able to use a stationary hitch instead of a slider is preferred as it's less weight and moving parts.

This is hitch is designed to fit the B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitch you have installed in the bed of your 2017 Ford F-350 as well so it would work well in that regard too.
