I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Curt Class V Universal Weld-On Receiver Hitch # 15903 referenced in your question. The square cross tube measures 4 inches x 4 inches. The maximum width of the hitch is 60.88 inches, measured from the inside of one mounting flange to the inside of the other mounting flange.

This weld-on trailer hitch has a towing capacity up to 15,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity up to 1,500 pounds. I have attached the written installation details that you can also check out.
