The Draw Tite Class II Hitch, part # 36296 is compatible with the 2004 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-n-Go Seating.
I've included a video of this hitch being installed on a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country so you can get an idea of how it attaches to the vehicle and the steps involved.
