Helpful Expert Reply:

If your Dico Model 60 Drum Brake Actuator is having difficulty pushing brake fluid, it very well may need a new master cylinder. Before replacing this part, though, I recommend checking to make sure there is not a clog somewhere on your brake lines. Try cleaning the brake line and if you are still having the same issue then I recommend replacing the master cylinder.

For a replacement master cylinder on your Dico Model 60 Actuator for drum brakes, you will need part # T4395100. This includes the master cylinder, gasket, orifice connector, hex bolt, lock washer, filler cap and cover. I have included a short video demonstration on this part that you can also check out.
