No, the bars from a Reese Weight Distribution (WD) round bar system are not compatible with a Pro Series WD round bar system, like part # PS49583. You will need to get a whole new system if you are wanting to use a Reese setup. Sometimes you can use the same WD head with different WD bars within a brand, but different brands utilize different style WD hitch heads.
When choosing a WD system you will want to base it off of the Total Tongue Weight (TTW) of your setup. You can find your TTW by adding the Tongue Weight (TW) of your fully loaded and ready-to-go trailer along with the weight of any cargo that is sitting behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. You will want to choose a WD system that has a TW range that your TTW falls in the middle of. Keep in mind that a properly loaded trailer will have a TW that is 10-15% of the loaded trailer weight.
Since you are looking for a Reese WD system that uses cams I recommend looking into one that also has integrated sway control. The Strait-Line systems, like part # RP66084, are a great option because they allow you to backup, use the cam system, and they also work to prevent sway before it starts as opposed to correcting it after it has started.
None of these systems come with a Hitch Ball so you will need to purchase one separately. If you go with the Strait-Line you can use part # A-90 for a 2 inch Hitch Ball or part # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch Hitch Ball.
I have included some review videos for each WD system mentioned that you can check out.
