Question:
I want to order this brake set for my trailer. I had to make and install new axles 3500# dual axles and used some spindles from my local trailer shop because of being in a rush. The spindles I purchased are: SPINDLE-LUBE SPINDLES A: TOTAL LENGTH 7.625 B: TIP OF SPINDLE TO FRONT OF SEAL SEAT 4.175 C: 1 1/16 WHERE FRONT BEARING RIDES D: 1 3/8 WHERE BACK BEARING RIDES E: 1.71 WHERE SEAL RIDES F: LENGTH OF STUB STOCK TO FLANGE 1.88 G: 1.44 STUB STOCK Will the bearings... that come with this set work with what I already have installed. This is a great system and I want to make sure it will work with what I have. Thanks

The bearings that are included in the Titan Disc Brake Kit, part # T4747200, are the # L44649 for the outer bearing and the # L68149 for the inner bearing. The # L44649 outer bearing has an inside diameter of 1.063, which is 1-1/16 inches and the # L68149 inner bearing has an inside diameter of 1.378, which is 1-3/8 inches. These dimensions match the dimensions on your spindle.
The Titan Disc Brake kit will work on tandem axle trailers with 3,500-lb axles and a wheel size of 14 inch or 15 inch.
The spindles that are used with the Titan Disc Brake kit is either the Standard Spindle, part # TRU64FR , or the #84 EZ Lube Spindle, part # TRU74FR . I am including a link to the product pages on those two spindles that will show the dimensions of the spindles. To be sure that the Titan Disc Brake kit will work on your spindles, you will want to match the dimensions of the TruRyde spindles to the spindles that you have to make sure that they will match up.
