I need a Curt gooseneck mount for a 2017 Ram 5500 crew cab chassis and information on mounting it.

Because of the design of your truck bed and frame there is no standard gooseneck hitch available for your Ram Cab And chassis, but we do have a solution.
I recommend the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate, part # C65500. Typically, the C65500 is placed on top of the flat bed over the rear axle. You will need to drill holes through the plate and the bed and into the truck frame. The recommended hardware to use is 1/2 inch grade 5.
