The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 65049, will fit the 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat. I have included links to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation for reference. A cooler would have to be pretty large to effectively block enough airflow to make a significant change on the cooling of the truck. Even with something mounting in the front, there will still be some airflow, restricted as it might be. The temperature will be most affected when stopped in traffic where the lack of airflow will cause the engine temperature to rise.

What you can do is install an electric fan to aid in cooling if it becomes an issue. I have included a link to our electric fan main page and FAQ page for you to view. There are a couple of things to remember when choosing a fan. Measure ahead of time in the space in which you want to install a fan. Make sure that if the fan pushes or pulls air in the same direction as the factory fan so they are not working against each other.
