Will Du Ha Humpstor fit a 2012 GMC Canyon With the 6 Foot Bed and Tonneau Cover

I just need to know it will be able to mount as is or if the mounting hardware or bed rail would have to be modified to mount the tool box.

We checked with Du-Ha and the Humpstor part # DU70200 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2012 GMC Canyon. It is compatible with tonneau covers like what you have in the picture of the truck you submitted.
