Could Rhino-Rack T-Load Be Used While Towing Trailer

I am looking for a similar device, but one which will mount on top of a receiver that also has the trailer ball attached, so that I can tow my rv and also have the T-Load Extender attached just in front of the ball mount. Do you carry a product like that?

We have products like the part # MT70066 which would fit your 2 inch hitch and allow you to possibly install the # RTL002 in the top opening and then tow a trailer with the bottom opening, but with adapters like this you cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by half so that may become an issue.
