Troubleshooting Rampage Wireless Backup Camera Not Connecting With Smartphone


It cant connect on my phone. problem with establishing wireless connection.

I called my contact at Rampage about the Wireless Backup Camera, part # RA7710.

They told me that you first have to make sure you charge the camera for at least 4 hours before installing and trying to use. They then said you will need to turn the camera on and that will send the Wi-Fi signal. Then go into your phone and make sure that you select the backup camera from the Wi-Fi menu on your phone. They said that you will not be able to connect to any other Wi-Fi device while using the backup camera.

If you are still having problems let me know and we will troubleshoot the issue further.
