Aries Grille Guard Compatibility With Curt Front Mounted Hitch On 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Can I mount this Grill guard on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited along with Curt #31033 Front tow hitch?

Grille Guards and Front mounted hitches us the same locations even if the mounting bolt holes appear different, so the Aries Grille Guard # AA1052 and the Curt Front Mounted Hitch Reciever # C31033 are not compatible with each other. I reached out to my tech contact at Curt and he was able to confirm that they are not compatible because they use a couple of the same mounting locations.
