Recommended Trailer Hitch And Trailer Wiring For 2015 Infiniti QX60

Looking at installing a hitch in our 2015 Infiniti QX60. Main use for a bike rack, but would eventually be towing 2 - three seater PWCs. Which hitch is best the Curt or Draw? Also, is the installation the same as the 2013 JX35? Are there install videos for the wiring harness? Thank you,

For your 2015 QX60 I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, part # 76031. This hitch has a higher capacity than the Curt # C13126, but you will be limited to the towing capacity of the vehicle. The trailer hitch is a Class lV and it has a 2-inch receiver opening.

To install a trailer connector on your Infiniti I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118670. This harness simply plugs into the vehicle wiring located behind the rear bumper on your Infiniti.

When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.

The 2015 Infiniti QX60 and 2013 JX35 do use the same hitch and the installation is very similar.

We have not had a chance to install the wiring harness # 118670 on an Infiniti.
