The Pro Series 5th Wheel Hitch, part # PS30133, will absolutely work for your 2006 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty. The 5th-wheel rails and installation kit provided in the package are universal and can be used with your vehicle.

However, for a simpler installation that does not require drilling into your truck frame, I recommend the Pro Series 20K Fifth Wheel Custom Install Kit, parts # PS30121 and # RP50082-58. This package uses the same Pro Series 5th Wheel Hitch as the # PS30133 you referenced but instead of using a universal rail kit, it is actually custom fit for your vehicle and is designed to use preexisting holes in the truck's frame when installing the 5th wheel rails.

The Pro Series Fifth Wheel # PS30121, # RP50082-58 has a double jaw that completely surrounds your trailer's king pin to assure a secure and comfortable connection when towing. The trailer hitch has a slider to move the hitch and trailer king pin 10 inches closer to the tailgate, which will increase turning clearance with shorter truck beds.
