We do have a kit with a larger capacity coupler available, Titan Disc Brake Kit and Actuator # T4747200. I recommend this kit, but you will need to check a few things to make sure it will work on your trailer. You will need to check your bolt pattern and wheel size, check your bearing numbers, check to see if the other axle has a brake mounting flange, and measure the trailer tongue.
To make sure that your bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2 inches, you can measure two different ways. The first way is to count the lug nuts, then if there is an even number of lug nuts measure the distance from the center of one bolt hole to another. If there is an odd number of lug nuts, measure from the center of one lug nut directly across to the point directly in center of two lug nuts on other side of wheel (see FAQ). In your case, there should be an odd number of lug nuts, so you will need to measure from the center of one lug nut, across to the center between 2 lug nuts, and you should come up with 4-1/2 Inches for part # T4843300 to fit your trailer.
Part # T4843300 will fit 14 and 15 Inch wheels, you will want to make sure your wheels are 14 or 15 Inch wheels. You can check this by looking at the third set of numbers on your tires, for example 225 / 70 /14, the last number indicates that this wheel is a 14 Inch wheel. The manufacturer does state it will fit most but not all 13 inch wheels.
To check your bearings, you will need to disassemble the hub. If your inner bearing number is L68149 and your outer bearing is L44649, then it will fit your trailer and the kit includes new bearings, races, and seals.
The other thing you will want to check is to make sure that the other axle has brake mounting flanges on each side. If the other axle does not have a brake mounting flange, you will need to have Brake Mounting Flange, part # 4-35,welded on by a trailer professional as it requires precision accuracy.
Lastly, you will want to measure the tongue on your trailer, part # T4843600, will fit a 3 Inch wide channel tongue.
Your trailer capacity is 7,000 pounds, since you have 2 axles with 3,500 pound capacity. You trailer capacity also includes the weight of the trailer, not just the cargo. You will want to make sure that you are not overloading the trailer with your boat.
I have linked a video installation of a different disc brake kit being installed on a trailer as well as an FAQ on determining bolt pattern that you may find as a good reference.
