Recommended Curt Weight Distribution Shank for a 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with 7 Inch Lift

Question:

Im beyond stumped and need help. I just lifted my 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 7inch and need a new shank. My current one is 9 inches from hitch pin to shank adjustment holes 1-1/4inch on center, or 10 inch from hitch pin to the end of the shank. The total is 12inch from the top of the shank to the bottom of the . I need the extended length to be at least what I have or MORE as I have a pop-up trailer mounted to my flatbed car hauler trailer and the pop-up opens towards the truck bed. So I need something 10+ with a 15-19inch drop . Please help!!!!

The weight distribution shank we offer that has the largest amount of drop is part # C17125. This 20-7/8" tall shank has a 15-3/4" drop when used with round-bar systems and a 13-3/4" drop when used with trunnion-bar models. It fits 2" trailer hitch receivers and is designed for use in the drop position only. It's 9" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest edge of the vertical adjustment shank, so it won't create the addtional clearance you're looking for between your trailer and truck. However, it's the closest fit we have available for your application.
