What are the dimensions of this U-bolt? Im looking for a U-bolt that spans 5 across on the inside dimension and s down at least 4.

I contacted our representative at Draw-Tite and he informed me that the Replacement U-Bolt for Draw-Tite Gooseneck Rail Kit, part # 113977, measures 7-5/16 from center line of bolt to center line of bolt and that each leg is 4 inches long.
