Replacement Axle for a 1,800 Gross Trailer Weight Boat Trailer

Hi Looking for a replacement axle for my boat trailer. Wasnt paying attention and badly wore a spindle. Almost 1/8 of an inch where the rear bearing Race sits. Not sure how. It is a Balko trailer and has stamper 1800 GWR on the tag. I think model 916, but that is scratched and hard to read. Hub face length 59.5 inches. Spring centers is 47.5 inches. The hubs appears OK. Outer bearing is 1 -1/16, inner is I believe 1-9/16, bigger than 1-1/2, but not much. I have been told the dont make axles with those size spindles and would be better off getting new hubs. I have 5 bolt rims with tires that are in good shape. What axle would you recommend? if needed, I would also buy new hubs. There are no trailer breaks. My boat weigh about 1100 lbs, but would like to get an axle rated at the 1800 GVR trailer rating plus a little for factor of safety. Thanks for any help or guidance

For your trailer I recommend axle # 20545I-EZ-60-10. It is rated for 2,200 pounds and comes with hubs. Hubs will be needed because the spindles on it use the same size bearings for the inner and outer which is different than the hubs you currently have.

This is an EZ Lube axle meaning there are grease fittings at the ends of the spindles so adding grease is easy.

I am willing to bet that your hub face to hub face measurement is 60 inches and the spring seat centers are 48 inches. Your measurements being 1/2 inch off from this is within a margin of error especially if the measuring tape wasn't perfectly straight and rigid when you measured. I have included links to a couple of videos on this axle for you.
