For a replacement hub to fit on a spindle it must use the same bearings as the original hub. Sometimes bargain trailers use odd sizes of bearings that are not readily available and so it can be tough to find suitable hubs, but you can check by pulling one of your existing hubs and removing its bearings. You can refer to the linked photo for an example of how bearing part numbers usually appear on such parts.

With your bearing numbers in hand you can use the linked page to check for available hubs. Just select your inner bearing number and outer bearing number using the filters on the page.

For example, for a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern idler hub that uses L44649 for its inner and outer bearings you can use galvanized hub # AKIHUB-545-2-G-2K which is rated for a 2K axle.
