Question:
I just purchased a 1993 Nomad 2515 camper with a 5th wheel and I need to convert it to a goose neck. I have been looking at your products and was wondering if I could use the CAB-C5G or will I need the CAB- C5GX1216. I have a 2008 GMC Z71 4x4 crew cab. The bed is a 6 footer and the measurement from the base of the king pin to the ball is 11 1/2inch .I have between 5-6inch of clearance between the bed and the bottom of the camper. There doesnt seem to be much room when I put the tailgate down to back into it. Suggestions Please !!

Since you have a short bed truck your ideal solution would be to install fifth wheel rails in your truck bed so that you can install a slider hitch to give you the needed turning clearance. Even with the offset the part # CAB-C5GX1216 wouldn't give you the turning clearance.
For rails you would want to go with custom rails like the part # RP50064-58 since they will install in much less time than a universal kit and won't require drilling. Then for a slider hitch the part # RP30075 would work well.
If you do have a gooseneck trailer that you need to tow as well you would also want the part # 49080 to convert the rails to a gooseneck ball.
