Bargman Surface Mount Tail Light # 30-92-002 mounts to a flat surface so technically it can be installed on any trailer. To determine if they are a direct fit to your 2015 Keystone Hideout I would have to know which lights it has now or the overall dimensions of the lights.

Trailers rarely have reverse lights and to add them is going to require hardwiring at least 1 wire and changing the connector (if the current connector is a 4-Way). Or there are connectors you can get that also have wiring so you could rewire the whole trailer.

From the specs I found on your trailer it appears to have electric brakes which means that it should have a 7-Way trailer connector. Check the connector for a wire coming out attach to the center pin of the 7-Way. That pin/wire is for reverse lights. If it is not present you would need to add a wire and route it back to the tail lights, then splice another wire to it and run it to the other side of the trailer so you have a reverse light wire for both tail light assemblies.

If there is a reverse light wire present trace it back as far as you can to see where it terminates so you can add wiring as needed.

For wire you can use 16 gauge # DW02359-1 sold by the foot. I also recommend wiring kit # HM51020 which comes with parts needed to install the wiring if wiring needs to be added.
