The Electric Trailer Brake Assembly, Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7L-SA that you referenced will bolt directly to the 5-bolt brake mounting flange on your 7,000 pound trailer axle. The # AKEBRK-7L-SA is the brake assembly for the left hand side of the trailer. The brake assembly for the right hand side is # AKEBRK-7R-SA. These brake assemblies fit hubs that measure 12 inches diameter x 2 inches thick and will work well on your 7K torflex axle. I've attached a review video of this brake assembly for you.
You can use the mounting bolts and nuts from your existing brakes to install these new brakes if they are in good shape. If you need replacement mounting hardware, you can use the Brake Mounting Bolt for 12 Inch Brake Assembly # 7-5, Replacement Nut # 38N, and Lockwasher for Brake Mounting Bolt # 38LW. You will want 5 of each of these parts per brake assembly on your trailer.
