I checked with Yakima and the SweetRoll kayak carrier # Y04074 will fit well on your 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with factory roof rack crossbars! This is a rear loading carrier with rollers on the rear cradles to make loading a kayak easier even for one person. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
