I have attached a link to our product page for the disc brake assemblies we offer for trailers with 7,000-lb axles.
You will want to make sure you select the correct system so it is compatible with the spindle you have on your axle. The best way to find the right system is to remove the bearings and hub components you have and get the numbers stamped on them. If you are unable to find the numbers you will need to take some measurements of the spindle using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157. I have attached a drawing that shows where you will typically find the part numbers on the bearings and races and seals and it also shows where you will need to measure on the spindle to fine the right components.
