Is this wheel available in 6 inch width and 14 inch diameter

I have a 14 x 6 inch wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt circle that would work for you, part # AM20364. The wheel isn't aluminum, but it's a nice steel modular wheel with a galvanized finish.
What tire size are you using? If it's a 205/75-14 or a 215/75-14, either size can be safely mounted on a 5-1/2 inch wide wheel, which would allow you to use the # AM22329 aluminum Sendel T02 wheel you referred to.
