Does this work with a 14 for SUP? Any limitations to how far you can travel?

The Rhino-Rack T-Load Hitch Mounted Load Assist and Support Bar, part # RTL002, can be used with your 2014 Ford F-150 with 2-inch hitch to transport items like ladders, kayaks, canoes and your SUP.

There is no limitation to the distances you can travel but it will be a good idea to periodically clean off the cab roof where the carrier bar rests to remove any trapped dirt or grit that could cause abrasion to your paint. This would be a good daily travel practice when the carrier is in use.
