If you are using a fifth wheel hitch in the bed of your 2015 Ford F-350 safety chains actually aren't required. These loops part # C60608 would actually fit in the rear pucks that the rear feet of a fifth wheel hitch would install into so the two would not be compatible.

To get the loops part # C60608 to turn in the rear pucks of your hitch prep package you will need to make sure that the two pins are removed from the loops before you will be able to turn them. Once turned you would need to install both pins.

Without any more details on your setup my tech contact at Curt could only say to make sure you are trying to use the safety chain loops at the rear of the truck bed and not the front since they will not work in the front.

My contact at Curt said that a common issue is that people try to install these in the wrong holes and that would be your most likely problem.
