Instructions are not very detailed and need to know correct pattern to bolt on center section and bracket location followed instructions to my best abilities and could not get to meet frame 95 f150 reese hitch 37042

The only information I could find on a hitch number 37042 is that it fits the Ford Escape. This would not be the hitch for you to use for your 1995 Ford F-150.
Instead you would want the Draw-Tite part # 75038 for if you have a standard bumper or part # 41504 for if you have a deep drop bumper.
