The Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness # 118566 will work with LED lights on your trailer. LED lights pull a fraction of the amperage of incandescent bulb lights, so all of our 4-way wiring harnesses work with LED trailer lights.
This wiring harness will plug directly into the existing wiring system of your 2013 Ford Escape, and only require the power wire to be routed to the vehicle's battery.
I have included an installation video of this wiring harness on a 2013 Ford Escape.
