The trailer, once loaded, will be closer to the towing capacity of your 2014 Ram 1500. Provided it does not exceed the truck's capacity it can tow the trailer. How well it tows the trailer depends on several factors including but not limited to the condition of the truck (since it is a 2014 it is probably still in like new condition).

Another factor is the terrain. It will be harder on the truck if pulling the trailer in hilly or mountainous areas and/or in high temperature areas or high elevation areas. Be sure to follow the towing procedures in the truck owners manual.

With a short bed truck (6 foot bed) you will need a slider 5th wheel hitch. A slider hitch provides more clearance between the truck cab and trailer overhang to allow you to make tighter turns. In some cases, such as with a wide trailer or if the truck has a 5-1/2 foot bed, you must use a Sidewinder replacement pin box on the trailer to be able to make tighter turns.

Sidewinders are trailer pin box specific. To see if there is one available for a given trailer I would need to know the manufacturer and model number of the pin box. This information is usually found on a sticker or plate on the pin box.

I can make a hitch and install kit recommendation but I would need to know the bed length for sure and the overall width of the trailer to determine if you can make 90 degree turns.
