I have a 24foot wellcraft coastal boat that weighs around 4500lbs. Will these guides work with that size boat? When they are mounted do they fit flush with the hull?

Yes, the CE Smith Roller-Style Guide-Ons # CE27610 that you referenced should work well with your 24 foot Wellcraft Coastal boat. The uprights of this product angle out slightly which may match up with the angle of your hull, but that is not necessary for these to work properly.
These will fit trailer frames up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall.
