Yes the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 37130 is designed to fit a 1994 Ford F-150 with a standard or step bumper so this will work for you.
To install a 4 pin trailer connector, use part # 118316.
I have attached the installation instructions and a video showing the trailer connector being installed.
