I purchase a Curt model C74VV brake controller summer of 2014 and it quit working. What kind of warranty does it have?

The Curt Venturer brake controller is protected by a limited lifetime warranty.

Having a brake controller go 'bad' is a fairly rare occurrence. What exactly is the controller doing? If you could reply and let me know exactly what the controller is doing (or not doing), I'd be happy to help troubleshoot it for you, and determine if the controller is faulty or if there's some other problem.
