If you are just needing the rail kit, you will need # 4449. To measure where to drill the hole if you plan on installing the Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck trailer hitch with the rail kit, # 4448, measure from rear of the bed (centered between the wheel wells) 46-3/16 inches toward the cab. Once at the 46-3/16 inch measurement, mark and drill a 1/4 inch hole. Using a hole saw, enlarge it to a 3-1/2 inch diameter.
If you are wanting the gooseneck trailer hitch, hitch ball and rail kit, then go with # 9460-48.
I included an installation video and an informative article for you too.
