Replacing Titan 60 Lever Type Latch With Electric Reverse Lockout for Drum Brakes Recommendation

Question:

Greetings, I need a replacement brake couple for my current Titan 60, I would like to replace it with a unit that includes an electric reverse lockout. I have found a suitable replacement, however I would prefer to have a lever type ball lock versus the adjustable type ball lock. Do you offer a Titan 60 for drum brakes with an electric reverse lockout and a lever type ball latch? Thanks,

Yes, check out the Dexter Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator part # 099-175-00. This is a drum brake, model 60 style actuator with a 7.5k capacity, and is the replacement for the leverlock latch system. All that is missing is an electric lockout solenoid which can be purchased separately, part # T4748800. We have learned that in order to attach this solenoid to the master cylinder, the fitting that is currently on the master cylinder will need to be removed and the solenoid threaded directly on in its place.

You will also probably want to keep the solenoid covered. Actuators that come with the electric lock out already have a cover in place. But, you can add it on with part # T4835800183.
