I have a Jeep Artic 2012, The size of tire is P255/75R17. what is the size of Cover I would Need??

If my math is correct, your 255/75-17 tires are 32 inches in diameter, so you'll need a spare tire cover designed for a tire of that size.
I'd recommend the # RA773201 in black. The cover is very durable, it's constructed of the same heavy duty vinyl used in Jeep soft tops.
