Either the sub and Hondavac of your 2014 Honda Odyssey got unplugged during the install and weren't plugged back in properly, or there was a short on the trailer harness that blew the fuses of the two since they are close to where the trailer harness plugs in.
Most likely the problem is fuse related though. Check the fuse panel near the harness in the back of the vehicle and then also check the other fuse panels of the vehicle.
If this happened after you towed your trailer then most likely there is short somewhere on the trailer wiring that needs to be fixed. Look for any corrosion on the trailer connector and cut or exposed wire that runs from the connector to the taillights and fix as necessary.
I attached an FAQ on trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
