The bases of these Rhino Rack legs easily mount into the included Rhino-Rack RTC-style roof rack tracks with included hardware. Just slide the nuts into the tracks, line up the mounting plates, and bolt the bases down. After this initial setup, you can leave the bases in the tracks.
Molded inserts help keep out dirt and provide a finished look when there are no legs and crossbars installed. To install a leg, simply remove the insert.
Once you've set up the bases, installing and removing your roof rack is easy. The Quick Mount legs have an integrated trigger system that creates an easy, tool-free installation.
To install a leg in a base, pinch and slide the internal triggers together.
Lower the leg onto the base and slide the internal triggers apart to secure the leg in the base.
Once the leg is installed in the base, replace the cover and lock it to help secure the system to your roof.

Very happy with my purchase1
I have a 2012 Camry hybrid and haul a 180 L windsurfing board. My rack came as promised but lacked one of the bolts needed. I made one phone call and the missing bolt was on my porch in 2 days.
There's virtually no wind noise, surprising since the car is very very quiet at baseline and I expected there to be some.
My car lacks tie down or towing attachments so I got some of the loop type that clamp under the hood and trunk.
I'm very pleased with construction, fit, ease of use, and customer support. I'd buy it again.
Rhino rack does not stand behind their product. Beware had 3 broken and they won't replace the items. The end caps don't latch. Sent several pics per request for correction and the warranty dept just stopped responding.
Buyer beware, this is not a 1 off problem, the design is flawed. Cheap plastic is supposed to latch but just twist tight under the metal and after a half dozen or so adjustments the plastic is worn off.
Don't buy these.
Great product and easy installation. Much better than the Thule factory racks that came with the leer truck topper rail system. Also like how they can unlatch! I hauled a fishing kayak and a Yakima rod coffin case all the way from Florida to North Dakota. Racks are strong.
I shopped online retailers namely Amazon and EBAY looking for the cross bar setup I would need for my 2012 Toyota Camry LE. My Camry has a naked roof. The whole experience was confusing. None of the needed components were combined together. I found each component listed separately but nothing to indicate they were the correct components for my car. Then ETRAILER.COM popped up in my search. I simply entered my car’s year, make, and model, and answered the question about the car roof (being naked with no factory installed cargo bars) and suddenly I had a list of the available cross bars for my vehicle with all the necessary components to install them. One or two clicks put the whole thing in my cart for purchase. ETRAILER .COM is your one stop shop. As a side note I purchased Yakima ski racks on sale to install on these cross bars. Another customer asked if these ski racks would fit his car and I explained yes they will with the appropriate cross bars. I sent him to “ETRAILER.COM” so he could get the correct setup. Pictures forthcoming.
Durable looking product and has an easy install. On the roof of my van for the past year and still looking good. Holding out for 5 stars because I'm eating to see how it holds up in the desert sun after a few more years. Rhino-Rack is very hard to get information from regarding their products but etrailer had all the answers and gave me confidence with buying the product.
Great addition to the bed track of my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz! I got these for my rhino rack rod holder since they made such noise on the oem roof rack. So happy I went with rhino rack. You can't beat the price and the quality is as good if not better than Thule or Yakima. Highly reccomend.
Hi George from etrailer,
The rack is awesome! Strong, firm hold and nice looking. When doing surveys, I put my ladders on the rack.
I highly recommend this etrailer.
The rack is great. Well made with quality components, and compared to other brands, a very good value. I purchased the rack(s) to go on the top of a new Leer canopy with factory installed rails, supplied by Thule. The Rhine Rack cross bars are a great and less expensive alternative to other brands.
My only complaint is that the Thule rails/tracks require the removal of end caps and mounting bolts to install the crossbar mounts, and that requires breaking the watertight sealing installed at the factory. That’s not the fault of Rhino Rack. However, if they could develop a mounting system (ZwifLoc?) that did not require access to the track from an open end, it would be SO much better!
Great fit, looks good even on my hail damaged Sierra, like the locking feature. Outer shipping box was trashed by carrier, but inner product boxes protected product. Like where it was made, quality strong product.
My Thule UpRide Roof bike rack mounted perfect in the T-Slots! Mounts easily and no issues in the Truxedo T-Slot rails on my Ford Ranger. Mounts perfect in Truxedo T-Slot rails.
Jeep wangler 2024 4xe with skyone touch top .Amazing the setup for my fishing kayak 12 feet. Everyone was looking at my setup on the road , and it was secure. Big thx to Kurt w & Paul B to recomand this kayak setup

very solid rack, it's not going anywhere. Several fasteners to affix to truck cap. Clean look for the First Gen Tacoma (1999).
This is the second vehicle now that I've put the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar roof rack kit on. The instructions aren't too hard to follow with basic assembly knowledge and etrailer has a video tutorial for installation instruction which helped also. I didn't realize the allen wrench they provided also doubles as the security bolt bit you'll need when installing the brackets into the tracks so I just picked one up at the local hardware store. It's a great value for this product and I never had issues with my last kit and don't anticipate any with this one.
My roof rack arrived today and I installed the rails.
The product is sturdy, and attractive.
I am very pleased with the quality.
Installation Instructions are clear and precise.
The most important detail is to install the tracks parallel to each other and square to the roof
I recommend taking time to get this step correct.
I had another rack at one point but this rhino rack is far superior.
I would recommend it highly.
I feel like this could be a lot better. If the cross bars were about an inch longer it would fit perfectly but it’s kind of in the middle of I like it or I don’t. For the pice I feel like it should be better. Also it’s stretched so much the caps are almost impossible to put on.
Customer service is excellent. My rhino rack was delayed in the mail, Sheila assured me it was shipped on time. After two weeks I reported it as missing mail with the post office, and 5 days later it arrived. The box was pretty beat up, and two of my legs to attach the crossbar were missing. Called customer service and they were more than helpful to get me the parts I’m missing. I’m not certain, but the hole in the box was not big enough for the package with the legs in it to fall through. The rack itself is well made. It took me about 4 hours to install the tracks by myself. Had a missing bolt , had to find another and grind it down to the length I needed. The box had three sets of directions, so after going through them I figured it out. The nuts that fasten the rail to the truck were a little too short to accommodate the big plastic housing that holds the nut, because my truck cap has a section of it with a double roof. So I extracted the nuts out of them and found suitable large washers and used a socket to install. Waiting on the two legs to finish the job, then install the kayak holders onto my bars!
Will send pics when job completed!
The Rhino Rack looks great and very secure. I really like the option of the locking devise for security measure.

This rack has proven to be everything I was hoping - easy to install, reliable, quiet, quick to mount and remove the cross bars (reduces wind noise and wear when not needed). I mounted it on a standard-height fiberglass Century topper on our '22 Chevy with standard bed and had no problems with fit, though I do wish I had made the bars parallel rather than go with the aesthetic option of constant distance from the edge of the topper. It's not a big deal, but that means I need to keep track of which bar goes where when reinstalling. Learn from my mistake! Also, 10 stars to eTrailer for fantastic service above and beyond my expectations. I had ordered from another local vendor weeks prior to a multi-week truck camping/kayaking trip and was dismayed when they notified me they were unable to fulfill my order in time the week of the trip. I ordered from eTrailer very last-minute and received the rack on time. eTrailer truly saved the day. I will be ordering from them whenever possible in the future!
Perfect. Low Profile, Looks Good. Solid Rack System. Had a year and Highly recommend
Not very difficult to install. It's a little intimidating drilling holes in the roof of my pick up truck cap, but it's only fiberglass and installed pretty easily. I've hauled a queen sized box spring, some extension ladders, and some kayaks with no issues. Very easy to remove cross bars when not needed, and not too difficult to reinstall when needed.
The Rhino-Rack aero bars were very easy to install, I was very careful to make sure that the rails were parallel so that I have multiple positions for the aero bars without having to adjust the towers. Also, I like the ease of removing the racks for the carwash.
Work great. I have a CRV and am still able to tilt the moon roof with both them and an attachment. They do whistle a bit and make the drive louder when driving down the highway with the windows open. I don't have any previous crossbars to compare to, but it's not bad. Would definitely buy these again over the more expensive ones! With a full kit that was on sale the entire thing ended up being less than what I'd pay to have roof rails installed.
2020 Ford Edge with Vista Roof. Product arrived ahead of predicted delivery date. Very easy to assemble and directions were very easy to follow. Product is very high quality. I found 150mm front and 140mm rear to be the correct dimensions (I read a feedback that said they were not correct). No problems with Vista Roof, legs sit on the metal roof part not the glass. Overall very pleased with my purchase.
I wanted to share the items I used to be able to haul two Wilderness Systems Tsunami 145 kayaks on my 2006 Scion xB. This may help others who struggle with deciding what to use. I am pleased with my purchase and hope this helps. I originally thought I wanted the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero, but they discontinued making the fit kit for their roof rack systems and I ended up going with the Kuats. I am glad that they didn’t make the fit kit for approximately $[XX] and so they missed out on the rest of my business. Here are the items I used for anyone interested – pictures included. Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Naked Roof #DK138, Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - 1 Kayak - Black #KU53VR and these are really cool, Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4 #RRRLKVA, Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" Long - Qty 2 #RRVA137-B2. The 54” crossbars fit really well and the perfect length in my opinion and it doesn’t stick out like the longer ones would. Also purchased two sets of these Malone QuickLash T-Style Hood Loops for Bow and Stern Tie-Downs - Qty 2 #MPG308.
