Get the safest and most comfortable ride while hauling your camper with tie-downs that mount on the frame of your pickup. Great for your truck's looks: remove the arms from the brackets and you'll hardly know that the brackets are there.
Features:
If you're looking for the best tie-downs for your camper, frame-mounted is the way to go. The frame is the most solid part of your entire vehicle, so it just makes sense to attach your camper to something that's not going to warp, bend, or twist. Even more importantly, the camper's center of gravity will sit lower and its weight will be spread across the entire bed. This avoids a top-heavy load perched on top of your bed rails that's liable to sway and get pushed around by crosswinds. The camper's not going to shift or slide around while you drive; it's going to stay put, and your truck is going to handle just like it does without a camper.
Quick Tip: If you have a plastic or spray-in bed liner, it's important that you use a rubber mat under the camper to eliminate any sliding or bouncing.
Frame-mounted tie-downs are also a great pick for preserving your truck's good looks. The brackets install on the frame, tucked nearly flush with the underside of the vehicle. Remove the arms from the brackets when you're not hauling your camper, and the brackets will be barely visible.
Completely custom to your vehicle, the tie-downs attach to exisiting holes in your frame so that there's little to no drilling and no need for any modifications. Because they're custom, you'll want to use our in-house application guide to make sure you get the exact right model. The tie-downs you need might be different depending on what type of hitch or other accessories you have.
Once the tie-downs are installed, use a set of turnbuckles (sold separately) to secure the camper to the tie-downs. The shank on each arm has 2 pin holes so you can choose how far out they extend, that way the turnbuckles can reach the anchors on your camper without making contact with your truck. Tighten the turnbuckles to the correct level of tension (not too tight!).
Make sure the anchor points are offset from the tie-downs instead of lined up with them so that they will hold your camper from multiple angles. This is important for keeping your camper from shifting. Two holes in the attachment plate of the tie-downs let you find the best angle for you camper anchors.

This was my second order and the instructions were clear and concise. Very solid build from the get go and no need to retorque.
I definitely recommend this company.
Even their customer service was outstanding.
Congratulations for your reliability.

IMO Torklift is the best camper tie downs. Straight forward instructions plus there are videos on line to help with installing. Frame mounted tie downs most secure
These tie downs were purchased and installed by myself 1 year ago on my 2020 Duramax. They have seen heavy use over 1000,s of miles and have preformed flawlessly securing my 4000 lb camper along with Torklift tie downs shocks
The installation went well.
I have owned and been using truck campers for over 50 years and would not consider anything else besides Torklift tie down products
Mine did not fit perfectly could be my truck attachment point were off a little, I just had to get larger beefier fender washers to compensate for the difference in the mounting points, all in all I am confident in their ability to keep my Bigfoot camper in place.

Same still mounted the same way put 10500 miles around Alaska and didn’t lose the camper I think I’m good
Keep in mind the parameters of the application these may be different on another vehicle. Camper is a Northern lite 9-6. Vehicle Chevy 3500 LB SRW 4x4. Post install, in my opinion. I’d feel my comfortable if the ‘FastGun’ tie downs were facing opposing directions. Currently attaching to the designated anchor points all four FG’s angle from the TorkFit anchor point BACK towards the NL camper’s anchor points. This positively prevents the 3600 LB. camper from rearward movement. However FOWARD movement can and has occurred. After a necessary sudden braking event I checked my clearances and discovered that forward movement did occur. About, one inch. My NL slid far enough forward that contact was made between the vehicle and the camper. Realignment was necessary. From an Engineers perspective: the best anchorage would be achieved with the anchoring devices (FastGuns, in my case) installed in opposing directions. In the future I will be placing blocks between the camper and the front of the truck bed to eliminate any forward movement.

I reached out to the manufacturer. They advised that they think it is a combination of the Northern light camper anchor point location being situated so far back on the camper and possibly the front of the camper not being all the way against the bulkhead of the bed if it is moving forward still. Otherwise, everything looks typical of a truck camper and truck installation. If it has any room to slide forward, it will in a sudden braking situation.

Jenny thanks for your reply and diligence in reaching out to TorkFit. The NL camper does have forward bumpers for abutting the bulkhead. However when bulkhead contact is made the body of the my 21 Silverado makes contact with the fiberglass body of the camper. The pressure from a recent ‘sudden stop’ and ‘slide forward’ created enough pressure to chip paint on the truck. The bumpers make contact with the bulkhead about 10”-12” above the bed-bulkhead connection. The 90* corner at bottom, this should be the strongest area. I will install stop chocks at future loadings. I’ll also attempt to possibly install the TorkFits in a more vertical position. Thanks.
Pros:
1. Excellent installation process. No drilling, No welding, No hammering, and no swearing.
2. They tuck up tight; out of site (almost) when the camper is off the truck.
3. They attach to the frame. This makes for a very solid ride experience.
Cons: NONE
I normally like to use the Happijac front tie downs for my camper. They are not available at this time for a 2022 Chevrolet. I had to use the torklift for this truck. They do work and I have no complaints. The only observation would be that you must remove the turn buckle to put fuel in my truck.

These Tie downs have been working as expected. 2022 Chevy 3500 Dually with running boards.
These were originally on back order but came sooner than originally promised. They installed easily with no drilling on my 2021 Chevy 3500 crew cab dually. The 4 star rating is because they were slightly high and the insert rubbed my fenders. I added a 1/2 spacer between the bed and support arm and put in longer bolts and it worked perfect (I purchased these parts myself). Overall happy with the install.
Photos show the before and after I added the spacer.
This is my third or fourth set. The reason is I buy a new truck every year or so. These are simply the best tie down for campers that money can buy. Thanks etrailer!!
A little tricky since almost all boalts need fished through frame. However taking my time got all four done in about 2 hrs. Thanks etrailer
Era is really great to work with and their customer service fantastic. I only wish it was cheaper to ship things to Alaska.
Called and talked to Greg to verify part numbers.
This is a brand new part to fit 2020 GMC 3500hd
Dually. I had on my door step a couple days later and installed this afternoon.
Very impressed with how stout the tie downs are
Thanks
Parts fit as described. Had trouble with rear tie downs and getting nut and 3" sq. plate all thru the hole. And, should include additional metal fish wires, as some had to be just pulled off and the bolt was in place. Took about 2 hours to install both front and read sets.
Easy installation with the great instructions - functions as expected on 2021 GM 3500 DRW.
Perfect fit! I have a 2021 eagle cap 1165 and had a 2008 lance 1181 both work perfect with tie-downs
Great product, easy to follow instructions. etrailer was very responsive and helpful the entire purchase. I highly recommended
Easy installation, relatively. Product has help up well on a trip cross country where we removed the camper off the truck about 30 times. Did loose a pin and that size Is difficult to find. I would suggest having two pins as a spare. Etrailer as always did quick and prompt delivery and customer service is excellent. The installation and review videos are excellent help also.
Great product. Easy to install and super solid to secure our truck camper. And as always, etrailer is awesome to work with. Super fast shipping and when I need to call with questions every staff person I’ve dealt with have been awesome. A true pleasure to work with.
Were fairly easy to mount. Was missing a bolt in the package but after contacting etrailer they sent a replacement right away.
Installed them on my 2020 GMC Sierra 3500HD. Easy to install, function nicely and very well built.
perfect fit. easy install.

This setup is great. We leave the camper on this truck and use it in every season. The combination of Tork Lift Hitch, tie downs and Turnbuckles is the correct setup to tow the horse trailer, side x side, or the boat.
Have used TorkLift products since 2007 and had good luck with each purchase. The install on this 2024 GMC 3500HD dual wheel truck was more difficult as a result of the boxed frame and the need to fish hardware through frame holes but once installed and properly torqued, they are very sturdy and unobtrusive. I do wish the product was packaged better to keep the powder coating from chipping. One final note; pricing has become an issue on these frame mount tie downs, almost went into fabrication mode.
After year of usage it does the job sturdy and very useful for my dually i can adjust the range just enough that it won't hit my big ol daully
Needed a part for my camper that I ordered through another company. They had a 3 week back order on my part. I ordered the part thinking it would arrive on-time for a trip. To ensure delivery timing, I called weekly to checked on order progress only to find the week of delivery I would be delayed another 3 weeks.
Someone suggested to contacted E-trailer and they had the part in the self …, cheaper. Shipping was immediate, service was great, and the part arrived on time!
Needless to say e-trailer will be my goto supplier moving forward.
etrailer.com is great! They assisted wife and I with ordering the correct camper tie downs and they arrived fast and ready for us to do our part. Torklift also answered some of our questions prior to ordering and installation as well - very friendly and helpful. Read through the Torklift directions a couple of times and began installation. Caution - chase all nuts and bolts with tap and die to ensure smooth and easy threading once these are in place with fish wires and so on. There were some 'catchy' threads on some bolts and without the tap and die chase they would have given us some trouble tightening them down to torque specs. 4 hours to install front and back mounting brackets on a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Duramax crew cab running boards stop at back of cab. Once installed they look great and are tucked under the box bottom for clean lines and ease of access when needed. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of setup. PS we are not 'mechanics' yet the installation was still easy - we took our time.

Couldnt ask for anything better. I am using them on a regular basis. When not in use I remove, clean and store them in my garage. No rust issues and the brackets attached to the truck are just as solid as when I first torqued them to the trucks frame. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for proper camper tie-downs. PS: Their customer service, as always, I outstanding!
