Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this Thetford C402C Bench-Style Right-Hand Cassette Toilet. Now, this bench-style cassette toilet is going to store flush water and waste so you can boondock for days at a time. So a toilet like this is going to be great for your vans or small RVs. And the electric push button that we have here at the top is going to be used to activate that water to flush.
And you will have to connect this to a 12-volt power supply for that flush button to work. And no water line is required with this since this will hold up to four gallons of flush water. Now, taking a look at a closer view here, I do wanna give you a few dimensions just so you can be confident this is going to work for you. So first of all, I'll give you the seat height measurement. So from the floor that this is gonna be sitting on to the top of our seat, we're gonna be sitting right about 19-7/8 inches tall, so that's gonna be as tall or taller than most household toilets.
Looking at the overall width from end to end, we're sitting at about 26-3/8 inches wide. The overall depth from front to back, about 15-3/4 inches deep or long. And then the overall height from top to bottom, about 20-5/8 inches tall. Obviously, when you have that lid open, it's going to increase the height a little bit, so when you have that lid fully open, it's going to be about 33-1/4 inches tall. This is of a lightweight plastic construction, but it is very durable.
And when it's fully empty, it weighs about 22 pounds or so. The lid and the seat are going to be very easy to remove for easy cleaning. And this is going to attach to the wall or floor in your van, camper, or RV. And the bottom lip of the bench is going to mate with the shower pan, which is not included, to create a shower room. Now, this top-mounted lever that we have here, this is going to be used to open and close the waste valve.
So it's closed now, and rotating it that way is going to open it, and then that's gonna close it, so very easy operation. So you'll just open the valve to use the toilet and then press the electric push button to rinse away any waste, and then you will then close it to seal any odors away. Now, this does also feature a waste tank level indicator to let you know when it's time to empty the cassette. And speaking of the cassette, let me go ahead and give you another closeup view here. This is a 5.1-gallon waste cassette. This is going to slide out on the right-hand side of the toilet for dumping. And let me just show you how easy this is gonna be to remove. So I'm just gonna lift this tab up here, and that's going to allow me to pull this right out just like that. And then let me go ahead and go back to a wider view here. This has an extendable handle and wheels that's going to allow for easy transport to any restroom toilet or a dump station, something like that. So just to show you what this is going to look like, it almost looks like a piece of luggage. And then you've got the wheels right here, so it's going to be very easy to transport that, as you can see right there. And then the handle will go back into place very easily, just like that, locks into place. And then this is going to be the rotating spout, and you'll just remove the cap here, and then that's going to allow you to easily dump the waste. If you notice, the cap does have some measurements there. Let me see if I can zoom in there for you a little bit. That's going to allow you to put in the appropriate amount of enzymes or additives to keep the odors down, if you want to use that. So this is gonna be very easy to use when you're dumping. It does have a vent button here as well. So I'm really impressed with how easy this is going to be to empty and then easy to install it back into the toilet itself. And you're going to remove the cassette via an external or internal hatch depending on your build. The locking cassette hatch is sold separately. And at the time of the recording of this video, we don't carry that yet here at etrailer.com, but the model number of that locking cassette hatch is 32144 if you want to check that out elsewhere. Instructions are also included to guide you through all the features in a little more detail. But I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that our overview was very helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
